8.0location, size of the flat, kitchen, easy access
− the parking space was not always available, was taken by other cars. it was AC in the flat but was not working and it was needed as it was really hot.

− We had to hoover webs out of corner window and front bedroom window . could do with refurbishment, counter top peeling away paintwork shabby

8.0Nice, well furnished flat in an excellent location. An easy 15 minute walk into the city centre. Very responsive to queries.
− WiFi password was not available at the property although quickly resolved. Mattress very soft so didn't suit us, although this is personal preference. Despite double glazing (quadruple in the front bedroom) some road noise was intrusive late at night but specific vehicles and perhaps related to the bank holiday weekend were there. "Normal" traffic seems okay. Lift was not working when we were there but may have been fixed by now.

10.0The room is spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for families. The Airbnb is well equipped with all the essentials, including toilet paper, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, and more, which makes the stay very convenient. Wi-Fi is also provided. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town Market and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The city centre of Nottingham is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Nottingham.
