4.0Great location on King’s Road. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few nights with a baby.
− It’s a bit noisy, which is expected given how central it is. The real problem is the host. On the day we arrived I asked for a simple invoice for my company’s accounts, and the host promised in writing to email it after checkout. More than a month and several follow-ups later, it still hasn’t arrived. At first the host kept saying they’d send it, then stopped replying altogether, so I had to involve Booking.com customer service. When Booking.com contacted them, the host told them they would send the invoice. They never did. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a horrible experience. If you need an invoice for business expenses, don’t count on getting one here.
