There was nothing to like. We could not stay in this place. We booked a certain villa in this complex of 10 units as it had complete privacy, was not open to the rest of the complex or the road like many of the others, it had newer and better decoration, furnishings and facilities (No. 7) but on arrival the agent was waiting outside villa No.5. Unfortunately this villa is open to the road and the rest of the complex so has no privacy at all.

− After having been in contact with one of the 'agents' during the preceding 2-3 days you would think that they would have mentioned that there was building work taking place in the villa we booked and we might be moved to another property, but sadly no they did not. If they had we would have straight away gone to booking.com for a refund and gone elsewhere before wasting half a day packing the car and getting to Latchi, or stayed in the hotel we were at in Coral Bay and not had to pack everything. Straight away we made it clear we were not happy about not getting the villa we had booked and paid for but the 'agent' was insistent on it being 'the same' as the villa we had booked. She told us we could move to the villa we had booked in a few days, but we said we did not want to have to move and wanted the villa we booked, then quickly showed us round so we did not have time to look closer then handed the key and left. We looked closer. Floors, toilet, door handles, kitchen etc NOT CLEAN. Pool - NOT CLEAN at all. Gardens - NOT CLEAN at all, in fact full of rubbish, dangerous in fact. This would not have been suitable for any family, let alone a family with young children. There were broken loungers dotted around, with hard plastic and sharp metal parts exposed, random tools dotted around, junk/rubbish all over, dumped appliances and lovely buckets with stuff growing in them, and I am not talking about plants here and some had water with mosquitoes living in them. Then had phone calls and messages from the agent after speaking to Booking.com to complain, begging us not to leave, even offering 500 euros cash to stay there. We did not want your cash, we simply wanted the villa as advertised, that we booked and paid for (No. 7). Will post the 50+ photos and videos we took of the villa they tried to fob us off with. Still waiting for my full refund from Booking.com over a week later! Avoid this villa and the others on Booking.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location that met most of our needs

It was very clean and facilities were top rate. The villa was very luxurious in a fantastic location.

− There were a few issues we experienced during our stay. The bin lid was broken in the kitchen on arrival, curtain blind hanging off to living room Patio door which I tried to fix. The futon sofa in the bedroom had tears in it . The bigger problems were the garage/gate door feel off and was so dangerous as it could have hurt someone or damaged the rental car. There was a water leak flowing down the road and apparently the maintenance men turned off the mains drinking water and the garden shower for the pool but no one told us and we only found out why there was no water after contacting Natalia. She manages to get most of the issues resolved except for the water leak and we had to turn on the water ourselves following her instructions. The maintenance men for the garden and pool would just walk in and work without even talking to us and whilst we were in the garden or the property not thinking about our privacy. If they had knocked first or called out to us it would have been better especially as we have a teenage daughter . It truly is a beautiful villa which is well equipped but is starting to look a little tired due to general maintenance issues. Over all it was amazing however
