Quiet friendly little sanctuary
9.0Lovely friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. Great location with lots of privacy.
− There was nothing we didn't like But a couple of suggestions a small fridge in the room might be helpful and a mattress topper. Also a table and chairs outside for morning coffee. But it was perfect for us.
It was pretty disappointing, despite owner Kam's efforts to help.
5.0The seaside location. Bus connections.
− No meal offer was available despite being advertised as such. Basic tea) coffee facilities were difficult to use..Kettle lead was so short as to be dangerous. No storage space: what drawers there were, were filled with owner's bits and pieces. The TV could not receive basic channels, like BBC 1 or ITV , only streaming services.

− Smelly bedroom. Dirty bathroom. The bed is not made for 2 people sleeping comfortable. Many errors in the description of the hotel which was a room in a private house. Far away from the city but with a car it's ok. Sorry guys but this was not worth the money.
Nice place to stay, good location and easy parking

Good for one night
7.0The bed was comfortable and big enough for one person. I could never manage to sleep in a bed like this with another person and this is just my personal preference. The shower is large and products were provided. Lockable exit via the garden worked well.
− There is a stroboscopic flash light coming on periodically throughout the night and it woke me up. I initially thought someone had taken a flash photo and was unable to sleep for an hour as it scared me. Specifically since one is unable to lock the bedroom nor the bathroom by the way. There was instant coffee, the sugar was caked up. They provided a very small amount of milk for the coffee next morning.
