7.0Det var centralt vi skulle kun overnatte da vi var til DM med vores islandske heste men perfekt afstand

Slitt og ødelagt
4.0Stort spisebord, stort kjøkken.
− Det finnes et stort soiseområde og stort kjøkken, men der slutter alt som er "luxurious" som det står på bookingen. Dette bør endres til "Mye slitt og i dårlig stand, og derfor billig". Myke og ustabile partier i gulvene. Delvis svært slitt parkett/laminat, som ikkje fremstår nyvasket. Det renner konstant vann i toalettet... Gammelt og litt skittent kjøleskap. Skitt i vinduskarmer. Flere vinduer kan ikke åpnes bare litt, men må stå max åpne. Løse ben på en av stolene til spisebordet. De fleste dørene er vanskelige å få lukket skikkelig. Vifte på badet lar seg ikke starte. Dusjhodeholder e løs. Det lukter sur gammel tobakksrøyk både i trappegang og i hele leiligheten. Generelt skittent og ikke pent holdt uteområde. Knust/sprukket taklampe soverom. WiFi fungerer kun i ene halvdelen av leiligheten. Tv fungerer ikke. Det finner ikke WiFi signal. Tidvis svært langsomt WiFi. Svagt trykk i dusj. Slangen til vannkran på kjøkkenet er iferd med å gå lekk. Mye støy fra veien. Klumpete soveputer. Små senger som såvidt to kan sove i. Vridde terrassebord med skjøter som man kan falle på grunn av.

9.0Spacious enough for 3 adults & 3 kids (Queen size beds, so for 7 adults it would be too small in my opinion. But perfect for a family with smaller kids/ teenagers). The location was great as well, near shops, groceries stores, shopping malls, but also nearby attractions (Skagen was ~1,5h, the rest was within a couple minutes or max 1h or even walking distance).
− It was a bit too dusty for me (I got dust mite allergy). So the cleaning of the mattress and couch can be improved. Maybe an option to leave a vacuum cleaner, which you can use during a longer stay. Also you are not allowed to smoke but there was another neighbour or guest who was smoking downstairs and I found cigarette bug butts on the roof (the window next to the diner table)
Nice apartment
7.0We chose this property because of the lack of hotels nearby. It was perfect for one night. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. There is a decent range of food takeaways around.
− Located in front of a bus stop and the train station it can be a bit noisy, especially during the night. The beds are small (150).
