7.0The view from the balcony was beautiful and the flat was comfortable
− During our stay, some essential items related to hygiene were missing. When we asked about this, we were informed that it was not possible to provide them. We therefore had to contact Booking.com, who assisted us in obtaining what was needed. In addition, the electricity went out several times during our stay, and the host did not respond to our messages. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience.

8.0Location, location, location. Amenities nearby so always felt taken care of.
− Overall facilities could be slightly improved, bed was squeaky when moving. Shower was ok but could be better. Location is breathtaking, this isn’t a bad review just specific comments. Parking fills up towards the afternoon, making it hard to access but I enjoyed the walk.

− Wir hatten über 4 Tage keinen Strom - Kühlschrank ging nicht, z.T. kein Licht, kein warmes Wasser, Fernseher ging nicht und wir hatten auch kein WLAN! Man hat sich nur sehr zögerlich um das Problem gekümmert - bei einem Kurzurlaub von 7 Tagen, sind 4 Mängeltage zu viele. Der Anbieter hat uns nach mehreren Aufforderungen eine Reduktion von € 31 angeboten!!

9.0The view was amazing in every way! The apartment itself is cozy, sweet and comfy. The location is also great, since that the north part of the island is our favorite. :) If you want to fully enjoy your breakfast and morning view - this is it!
− Just some small adjustments, I think it would mean a lot. We got 2 small and 2 large towels, but we couldn’t get the replacement after few days and we were staying there for 7 nights. Yes, you have washing machine, but then while washing them, you don’t have usable towels. Also, we came on Sunday and didn’t get even one bottle of water in the room or at least a message that majority of the shops won’t work. These things are small, but meaningful when we speak about customer experience and customer centric approach.
