10.0The house was very comfortable, well equipped and no unfriendly rules (use the pool and jacuzzi heater without having additional fees, able to set the temp to a desirable temperature, etc)

10.0Beautiful, well-maintained home with tons of space. Photos don't do it justice, honestly. Huge living area with 3 big, separate bathrooms. Pool and spa are really nice to hang out in and home is well-stocked. Owners are very responsive. Was super quiet at night and safe, in a secure development. Easy access (short drive) to lots of restaurants and shopping, and close to the BMW Test Track. We will be returning for sure!

− Nothing bad to say about the property, the location is amazing for festivals such as Coachella and stagecoach but as it is a gated community the walk is still a fair way, but great in comparison to what other options are around.
We had a fantastic time in Indio with spacious 3 bedroom plus pool and spa
