5.0The house was decorated nicely
− The check in process was not streamlined and they added additional fees after the fact during check in so the price was not inclusive. There was no pet accommodations. Even though when you pay the pet fee there is a disclaimer about all the amenities that will be provided. There was none. There was no bin to dispose of pet waste outside. There was no where to take the kitchen trash out. The location is extremely loud. There was no ear plugs. The shower was out of soap completely. There was only two very dingy not absorbent towels in the bathroom. No wash cloths. The kitchen is poorly stocked. There are no actual knives to cut and cook with. Very disappointed as it is not as pictured. Only one parking space with a permit.
Comfortable place that was conveniently located to the University, 4th and Congress.

Extremely inept management
2.0The location suited us, we needed to be close to a festival at the University Marriott
− no information about getting in until 1 minute after check-in. lots of apologies and no action. It's on a very loud corner and the front door needs to be rehung or weather stripped so that you don't see the air coming through and hear the consequential noise to the very busy area. Couldn't bake the food I had planned due to no oven proof bakeware. And when I sent a message they couldn't provide me with anything other than apologies and saying they would pass the message on to the owner for future guests. I have the feeling this place is going to be sold soon because they asked if someone could come in for an inspection while we were there. I said we would prefer no intrusions. They showed up anyway! No soap at the bathroom sinks and ran out of toilet paper after 2 days. No parking pass readily available as promised. Just very poorly managed! Too bad, because the property is well decorated and well located but needs some attention obviously
