− Worn, beds were extremely uncomfortable, electrical was insufficient and almost certainly not to code - signs on both thermostats warning against using AC due to overload. Little to no hot water. Location was in flight path and overlooking a busy street, making it very noisy. Construction was flimsy with thin walls, uneven stairs and odd step-ups. Furniture was uncomfortable.
