It was a really peaceful getaway in a lovely area.
9.0The exterior of the house is a pretty red, very cheerful. Lovely deck for drinking coffee and watching fireflies and birds! Spacious inside, with good lighting, glass-cooktop stove, nice clean fridge, comfy king-sized bed in master bedroom.
− Some nonstick cookware was scratched, icemaker didn't appear to be working, bathroom tissue was one-ply (perhaps because of the septic system's requirements), master bath's sliding doors somewhat rusty-looking but opened and closed fine. Quibbles, really...property very nice overall. :)

− Did not have views we expected. Was not able to find beach in walking distance but did find one close to drive.

− Mosquitoes everywhere. No fault to the house, it’s the peninsula. But those mosquitoes were everywhere and viscous. We did call the number in the binder, though.
Lots of space and a great location. Would gladly stay again.
9.0The location was excellent, you're at the home within 5 minutes of getting off the ferry. Lots of information given for activities and was a short walk away from fishing jetty. House had plenty of kitchenware to cook a full meal. Host was quick to respond and polite at every exchange.
− Water pressure in master shower was really low. Instructions stated you had to wash and dry dishes before put away but there were still wet cups stacked on top of each other and was missing a few odds and ends (however host took care of immediately upon contact) but it gave the impression that the house wasn't thoroughly checked by housekeeping.
