10.0Todo. El lugar, el apartamento muy bien distribuido y la decoración muy agradable , nueva y funcional. Todo muy limpio. Todas los objetos necesarios de baño, cocina, salon , lavadora . Todo perfecto y la dueña muy amable y servicial . No hay ruidos, muy tranquilo , vecinos encantadores, acceso fácil . Hay supermercados muy cerca, farmacia, médicos, bares, Restaurabte y la plaza Weyker muy bonita a pocos pasos muy tranquila y con una cafetería que hace churros y chocolate. Y los transportes, el tranvía y guaguas - bus públicos al lado para ir a toda la isla. Fantástica

− Non-sealing windows. During the rain, there was water leakage inside Missing AC (no option for heating) There was a problem with the sewage, which stank (nothing too serious)

10.0This is a wonderful modern apartment in a very convenient location, close to numerous shops and a street with cafes and restaurants. Getting there from the airport by public transportation was very convenient. Bus and tram stops are nearby, providing easy access to any part of the city. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay: dishes, all cleaning products and toiletries, and modern furniture. The landlady was always available and responded quickly to any questions that arose. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
− The common corridor is in poor condition and needs repair. The elevator is working.

10.0Tout. Bien situé près du centre ville et près d'une place , super bien decoré, calme, pas de trafic , supermarchés et restaurants à coté Et la plage á une demie heure en bus . Les propietaires charmants.

− En la zona se aparca mal Estaría genial tener persiana en la habitación para que no entre la luz desde primera hora de la mañana
