I would highly recommend NOT booking at this place.
1.0− The host required the ID of all guests to be sent to an email account outside of booking.com, which violates the booking.com safety features. The host only needed our names for the guest approval form. I know this for a fact, as we stayed in a different unit (at the same tower) the following night, and all the host requested was our names, and they sent the guest approval form to us. Due to the host violating the safety protocalls established by booking.com, we rebooked another stay at another location. The host, even though violating booking.com safety protocalls, refused to refund our money. The host could have stated on her requirements (prior to paying for the booking), that she requires all guests to send a full copy of their ID's to an outside email account. The host also had free parking listed on the booking, however, after we paid for the night, we found out that the inside parking was not free, but cost an additional 450 pesos.
