Great apartment and very clean. Will need some TLC soon but in the meantime is really good value for money

− Because of the location there was some outside noise and the property is in need of better sound insulation
A relaxing place to stay on the water, with beautiful scenery within walking distance.
9.0Dartmouth is a quaint and fun small village on the mouth of the river Dart, with many nearby sights and activities, and some good restaurants. I highly recommend walking, or running, the Southwest Coast Path for beautiful scenery including views to the English channel. The Rockferry apartment is centrally located, comfortable and nicely set up.
