Нам очень понравилось абсолютно всё! Прекрасные апартаменты, чистые, уютные, современные и очень комфортные. Особенно впечатлил потрясающий вид на океан — им можно наслаждаться бесконечно. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для удобного проживания. Отличное расположение, приятная атмосфера и высокий уровень комфорта. Мы чувствовали себя как дома и с удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

− Malheureusement, on a eu une très mauvaise expérience à cause d’un des gardiens du parking qui a été absolument EXÉCRABLE avec nous. Il ne voulais pas communiquer car nous ne comprenions pas l’espagnol (alors que pleins d’app de traduction existent). Il a été irrespectueux et a franchement eu un impact négatif sur le séjour. Il nous a littéralement mis dehors comme si nous étions des voleurs. Je comprends qu’il est engagé par l’immeuble et pas par la société gérant les appartements mais nous aurions aimé que quelqu’un de l’équipe se soit déplacé pour gérer la situation car il a été menaçant verbalement. Malheureusement, suite à cette expérience nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce logement. Bien entendu, il y a un GROS PROBLÈME DE PARKING à ne pas négliger et nous n’avons JAMAIS EU de place de parking (alors que des places il y en avait mais bon …. On ne parle pas espagnol du coup mettre des poteaux à la place de voiture et faire marcher un famille avec un enfant de 1 an dans les bras avec tous les baguages dans les mains sous 30c, c’est normal).

Even arriving late, I was able to easily get the keys. The view of the beach was amazing, and so was the location of the building, a short walk away from a nice beach.

− The apartment was good but a bit plain in terms of furniture; a more romantic motif would have been nice.

Najbardziej podobał mi się widok z balkonu i lokalizacja mieszkania, ogólnie fajną sprawą był też dostęp do kuchni i wyposażenie w podstawowe naczynia jak również fakt, że było spokojnie i ochroniarz był na dole dostępny do pomocy.

− Zbyt mała ilość kubków do herbaty w kuchni, niezbyt komfortowa pościel mała, poduszki też średniej jakości, problemu z dostaniem się do apartamenty, ponieważ brak wysłanych paszportów ( jakby nie można było tego dosłać później, po wejściu do mieszkania).

Oft sind es die Kleinigkeiten. Hier war nahezu alles vorhanden. Saubere Anlage. Gute Lage.

− Der Wachmann war etwas seltsam. Solo español. Sehr abweisend. Wir woĺlten nur nach einem Parkplatz fragen. Die Parksituation war angespannt. Eine Anmerkung: die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht. Brummt zwar, zieht aber kein Wasser.

Beautiful flat with all the modern items that you could possibly think of.

− It didn’t bother me, but my wife didn’t really enjoy the trip up and down to the 12th floor every day in the lift. Also, the railings on the balcony are very low. The hot water tank could also do with being a bit bigger, as we both enjoy a shower in the morning and found that the hot water ran out very quickly.
