I would come back again with great anticipation.
10.0It was nice in a quiet neighborhood. It felt spacious for my and my kid. The bed was comfortable. Unless you are a back sleeper.
− Could get better pillows, and you can hear stomping upstairs but not at night. Personally It was fine I have kids so I am fine with it.

− A little stomping noise upstairs but I already knew that and I have a kid so I am used to it. It was not excessive it doesnt go on late into the night.
