Location is good

− It is a cramped space. Hot with no air conditioning. Access in and out is difficult and dangerous. There is no lock or indeed door to the guest part of the boat. There is a curtain. The supposed outdoor space is tiny and not safe. There is no storage. The houseboat is not in good condition
