I liked the space of the unit and the quality of it

− Balcony was unavailable, I dont recall that being in the description, would have been nice to know before hand that the building was under construction or under maintenance, pictures didn't show the building being worked on

for us there was no " Amazing Oceanview"

An excellent condo in a in a great location, would be great if not for the ongoing repairs. Well equipped kitchen, two largescreen TVs with Prime and Netflix.

− Because of the ongoing renovation, all the windows were plastered with film, so there was no " Amazing Oceanview", and the balcony door were blocked and could not be opened, so there was no fresh air in the condo. The view was the reason I rented this place -- it's absent made the trip "OK" instead of "perfect"

Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the metromover. Nice pool (however only open on weekends and Fridays and holidays when we were around). The unit is larger than it appears on pictures, the view is awesome, and the unit is very nicely decorated.

− We found it quite noisy there, due to neighboring units partying (loud music and talking on the balcony on several nights). Also the bed is terrible and the madress needs a replacement, we got back pain from sleeping there for a week. Wait times for elevators are very long (5+ minutes) during busy times (10-11 am).

The apartment was very clean, amenities were good, close to all restaurants and accessible to all outings.

− The host was late and the instructions on how to access the unit was unclear, causing a few hours delayed in entering the unit, but other than that issue it was a pleasure stay with a great view.
