My stay was wonderful and relaxing.
10.0Everything was wonderful. The house was clean. It was comfortable and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
− It was a little scary when you first turned on the road because of the other surrounding properties, but once you came down to the area, you were reassured
Not what I was expecting…in a bad way.
5.0I liked that we were on the water.
− I tried contacting the staff about the garbage overflowing outside and nowhere to put our garbage through the contact email I was given and I received no response. It wasn’t until I got home and sent another email about no response and the door code no working all of December 31st that someone finally called me back. I think the guy was William. He was very strange and kept making excuses as to why nobody responded. He said that he didn’t have access to that email. I told him that was the email sent to me for the contact. He kept making excuses and said if I gave them another shot he would BBQ for us or something. I found that very weird and let him not I probably would never book with them again. He continued to make excuses and wouldn’t stop talking over me.
Spacious, comfortable living area. Great view. Custom made touch was very nice.
