− Las sábanas sucias, la distribución de las camas, la limpieza fatal, cucarachas en las habitaciones de abajo, sabanas rota, cubrecolchon manchado, una cama nido que tenía el colchón más grande que el somier, por lo que no se puede dormir bien . Manetas de las puertas rotas . Y lo peor de todo, esque nos tratan de mentirosos.

− It was advertised as pool open all year which is why we booked it but realised on arrival that pool was not open until April
