Clean property in peaceful location but not perfect for socialising.

Lovely clean property in a very peaceful location. Air conditioning in bedrooms (switched on during the night only and between 2pm and 4pm). Kitchen and bbq area equipped with everything you need for the week. Great location. Close to the supermarket and some lovely beaches. 10 minutes drive from Mortitx vineyard (recommend a tour and tasting) and Sa Cabreta is within walking distance. Also easy access the walking trails in the Serre de Tramuntana (there is a 6 mile loop from the front door).

− There are no parasols for around the pool and only one small tree, providing limited shade. Furniture in outdoor dining area is uncomfortable for sitting for longer periods and the large outside terrace is located on a different side of the building to the bbq area and swimming pool so property lacks a bit of social cohesion for large groups. The table tennis is on another side again. While there are views (as in the property description), they are limited - might be better if the tall hedges around the pool were cut down. You can get a good impression of the view from the photos. Note that pool is very deep and the shallow area is limited so may not be good for children.

Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwoche als Familie.. Die Anreise erfolgt über eine sehr kleine Zufahrt durch die Berge. Der Schlüssel ist vor Ort im Schlüsselkasten deponiert. Schade, dass dieser etwas klemmte und wir mussten auf Hilfe warten, damit der Kasten mit dem Schraubenzieher geöffnet werden konnte. Das Grundstück liegt am Berg und es ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge.. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man sich super fortbewegen und ist schnell im nahegelegenen Pollenca zum einkaufen. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig mit Platz für 8 Personen, 3 Badezimmer. Es ist sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts Das Internet und WLAN sind hier nicht so flächendeckend vorhanden, wie man es von zu Hause kennt. Aber dafür kann man Ruhe und Natur geniessen und vom Alltag abschalten. Es war eine schöne Woche.
