Amazing location, beautiful unit.
10.0The property location is amazing…just a couple minute walk from the riverfront and close to everything downtown Wilmington offers. Had morning coffee at Hidden Grounds a few doors down, walked to restaurants, took a sunset river cruise just a 5 minute stroll away, and spent a relaxing hour at the corner bookstore. The unit was beautifully clean, well decorated and stocked with all the necessities. The unit seems to have been recently renovated or updated; the kitchen, furniture and bathroom all feel fresh and modern and obvious thought has been given to the comfort of guests. There is paid public parking directly across the street and also a block or so up the street. The unit host/owners provided excellent communication and clear instructions on what to expect. As a single older woman, I felt very safe and had no issues. Definitely recommend.
− It is a second floor unit; there are 24 steps (I counted!) Thankful for a granddaughter’s help with luggage.

10.0We loved it. The apartment was beautiful & in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk and loved the restaurants & vibe.
