− VORSICHT !!!! Abzocke !! Wir mussten eine Zusatzgebühr von 52 $ bezahlen obwohl bei dem Angebot nichts in der Booking.com Seite steht! Ohne Bezahlung wurde uns gedroht, dass wir keinen Schlüssel und genauen Standort bekommen. Also mussten wir notgedrungen den Betrag bezahlen, weil wir schon auf dem Weg waren. Auf Anfrage an die Verwaltung Violas Rentals wurde uns zwar die Überprüfung zugesagt aber auch nach 10 Tagen kam nichts. Für mich ist das Betrug und mit dieser Methode wird sicher auch in den anderen Wohnungen zusätzliches Geld verdient. Also aufpassen !!! WARNING!!!! Scam!! − Acomodação péssima, atendimento péssimo, cheguei e tinha gente no meu quarto, insegurança total, cheiro de maconha no quarto. Mentem no anúncio, você só recebe informação se você pagar algo que não está descrito. Paguei, não fiquei porque não tinha quarto no momento e não devolveram meu dinheiro. Absurdo!! NÃO ALUGUEM!!

After contacting Booking.com, they said we hadn't paid a fee and hadn't sent our ID cards, which isn't true, as we did send them. We had to leave and find another apartment, with very high prices, considering we were renting for that day and not in advance as we had done before. A very lovely and clean apartment with a spectacular view from the 39th floor. The parking space is located on the 11th floor—some people have complained about this, but I actually thought it was cool and enjoyed driving up there. The pool area was also very nice, and I received all the check-in documents one hour prior to check-in, so the timing worked out perfectly. Highly recommended! We stayed here for 8 nights.
