− The double bedroom on the ground floor had a terrible smell to the point we couldn’t use it and had to keep the door closed. Luckily there was enough space with the rest of the beds.

9.0Flat very clean with good facilities, very pleased with it.
− Would have benefited from mirrors in bedrooms, nowhere to dry your hair. Also was very hot, particularly in upstairs bedroom. Fan didn't work, borrowed one from downstairs but would benefit from a large floorstanding fan.

− the air BnB is located above a fish monger so some smells do seem to linger, but this shop is relocating shortly so it shouldn't be an issue in the future
Good location, clean and modern renovated. All facilities are available as posted.
10.0Room are modern renovated, clean and host is responded fast. The location. Is good and nearby to watford High Street, Lot of good food nearby.
− Lost of good food nearby, but do close the windows to avoid fly to fly in as fish shop is just downstair.
