5.0The location is very convenient. It is easily accessible. Wifi and the room was also clean and comfortable.
− The staff were arrogant, and unhelpful instead of assisting customers. The room also had stained bedsheets, lizard droppings in the toilet, damaged cooking utensils, and no towels were provided. And only one room have an aircond

− Dirty, uncomfortable, no hot batter, stained bed sheets. The pictures shown are nothing like the room given, and it definitely can’t be called a suite. Luckily we only booked the room to be close to the airport after a late flight into KL and an early flight out. If we’d had to stay any longer I would have left and found somewhere else.
