− صوت المكيف عالي ولا يمكن لنزيل تعديله كان هناك أعمال صيانة وأصوات المعدات بالغرف وعازل الصوت لم يكن كافي لمنع وصول أصوات حركة النزلاء بالليل

10.0My stay was perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable and up to the mark. Like always the duty Manager Mr. Ali Reza and his staff were very welcoming and supportive at the time of check inn. We have staying in this hotel since 2016. Everytime we go to Istanbul this hotel is our priority and every time during our stay the standards are same like the previous stays. Highly recommended!

9.0Room is big and comfortable. Accessible to shops and restaurants. Also tram station right in front of hotel which is convenient.
