− Slight inconvenience around entrance and exit security. And the initial overcoming of four flights of steps :-) More about how unhealthy we were, than the steps

− I booked this 3-bedroom apartment but 2 of the bedrooms were locked up upon arrival. I PAID for a 3-bedroom apartment so I expect all the rooms to be available. The owners took it upon themselves to lock 2 rooms off since I was traveling by myself. That is blatant discriminatory practice against solo travelers and it's also false advertising. The parking garage space is also extremely tight. I was in a small car and you'll barely be able to crack one door open and squeeze out the door sideways.
Great stay
9.0Fabulous spacious modern and well equipped apartment with great views on a quiet gated estate. Close to good shops and restaurants and an air conditioned bedroom too. We would definitely stay here again, great value.
− A lot of steps to the third floor is the only downside, but it's really not an issue unless you have mobility issues.

7.0Die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und neu gestaltet. Die Anlage ist bewacht und somit sicher.
− Die Unterkunft war nicht sonderlich sauber. Außerdem gibt es nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die beiden weiteren Zimmer hätten zumindest einen Ventilator vertragen. Es war extrem heiß, da die Wohnung in der obersten Etage liegt. Weiterhin ist die Wohnung nur über unzählige Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Nichts für viel Gepäck.
