Despite all the setbacks; our stay was alright.
7.0- The owner provided basic cooking supplies, kitchen supplies and ingredients. - The apartment was clean. - The place is nice for a family stay. - It has two master bedrooms and a bathroom. - It's quite airy and has a nice balcony. - It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. - It's close to a bakery, a grocery store, Pizza Hut, juice bar and a couple of other places. - The building has a lift. - The kitchen is well-equipped; it has a large fridge, a stove with 5 burners and a big oven toaster. - All the rooms have windows. - It's close to the airport (10-15 minutes)
− - The washing machine didn't work and the owner hadn't told us. When we turned it on it flooded the room it was in. It was such a hassle to clean. It caused a very dangerous situation too as my mom could have slipped. The owner came to check it, but he was so nonchalant about it!! He didn't even bother to apologize. - The owner didn't brief us about how the stove worked or what the wifi password was or how we should have turned on the water heater and other things; so we had to keep texting him and he wasn't the quickest to respond. - The water takes at least 4 hours (!!!) to warm up; any time less than this and you have to take a cold shower. - The apartment and some of the electronic devices need maintenance. The water in one of the bathrooms didn't work either. - One of the bedrooms is so small that it makes you claustrophobic. - The washing machine is in one of the bedrooms!!! - The apartment was far from most of the places tourists visit. So, you have to spend quite a lot on taxis. - One of the bedrooms was locked! - The apartment only has one closet, so you just have to put your stuff here and there.
