4.0Breakfast & property Location
− Very unprofessional staff who don’t value time or money. Checkout was delayed even after informing about tax invoice 1 day prior. Ongoing construction inside. WiFi not working. Room linens - bed sheets, pillow covers & towels - were in pathetic condition. Only breakfast and location were good. Not the same experience as my previous stays. Needs serious improvement.
