Large spacious property

− This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed ! Property feels like a building site, unfinished, half arsed feeling, Flooring and skirting board dont meeting. Damp throughout, the Walls are scuffed, marked, dirty, half plastered. Spider infestation, cobwebs throughout… 3 or more spiders in most rooms. Balcony is full of tools and unfinished, balcony door brickwork and expanding foam around doors. Main bathroom. No window just insulation board, bath mat stuffed into radiator on arrival. 1 towel per double bedroom for a 4 double bed apartment. No bathmat in en suites, slippy floors. Dirty / stained bed sheets in master bedroom. 1/4 roll of toilet paper throughout all 3 bathrooms. Dirty pans. Floors not hoovered / mopped. Broken lamps. Flooring, screwed down laminate… no need, un-even sharp edges, boards sticking up all over terrible to walk on. Carpets feel and look like they’ve been put down by a child ragged ends strings hanging out not meeting skirts, stairs treads. Hairs all over living room rug, looked like pet hairs. Lamps and furnishings in poor condition screws missing etc. Old cut offs of carpet through entrance corridor like rugs, door mats, shoddy, cheap appearance. Under TV unit full of old cardboard instruction manuals old paperwork tied off with string… it’s an eye sore. Kitchen amenities are poor there’s no baking trays, pans that don’t work on induction hob, not many glasses, however plenty of plates and bowls. Blinds are frayed coming apart. Random picture frames leant against walls. Skirting boards and woodwork with exposed nails left in main corridor, dangerous ! Shower trays filthy with dirty footprints in 2 out of 3 showers. Skid marks in 1 of the toilets which is nothing compared to the excrement left in the other. Huge gap under shower in main bathroom chocked up with wood. Upstairs shower doesn’t drain, overflows onto bathroom floor. Ceilings stained with wet marks throughout property.
