Guest review
10.0Das Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet, man kann gut im Freien Essen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, das Frühstücksangebot ist vielseitig. Wir haben bereits das 2. Mal dort übernachtet.

We wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to friends.
3.0Bar was good. Staff were busy but helpful
− Broken sash window lock in our room. The window opened onto a small balcony which meant that anybody from adjoining rooms could have got into our room by just lifting the window. The door lock was also extremely basic. Two steps down to get from the bathroom to the bedroom could have been very dangerous for elderly visitors. Maybe put a light on the steps or use different, light coloured carpet on them to make them more visible, especially at night. The rear car park cannot be used as it is full of tables and chairs, at least in summer. That makes dropping off/picking up luggage difficult. Carpet in our room was stained.

10.0Accueil très agréable, très compétent, des breakfast très copieux, et des repas locaux
− Ras
Unfortunately only a one night stay.
10.0The staff super. Nothing was too much trouble. Dining room so clean & attractive. The crew there were intelligent.
− Some emergency roadworks near by....not their problem.
Lovely friendly staff and pretty historic building.
9.0Staff went out of their way to welcome us, waiting for us to arrive at 11pm, as we'd been badly delayed. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. It's a lovely, quirky 16th century coaching Inn.
− The hotel is slowly renovating some rooms, so bathroom is a bit dated. They are replacing all of these in rotation.
