Relatively easy to find. The kitchen had reasonable tools, dishwasher is helpful, but not the cleanest.

− We didn't receive arrival info, had to prod multiple times. There was a major issue with parking - we were initially told we had to pay, even though no machines are present, then the agency washed their hands and told us to "get on with it", with very poor customer service. The front room is very hot, smells of cat pee and cigarettes, needs a proper deep clean. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but the dining table is very unstable and quite small. The bedrooms were OK, but the mattresses are extremely bouncy and worn out, and need a great refurb. The furniture is OK at times, but there are clear signs of wear and tear on other units. The garden was a real disaster, overgrown, full of broken items, no outdoor furniture, basically unusable. Further to that, all the trash from the previous tenants was left to the side of the house, under the scorching sun, with obvious side effects. The property is looked after by an agency, who is not taking care of the property properly. The neighbourhood is not the best, with sketchy suspicious activities just 2 doors down, and obvious illecit transactions carried out on the street, making it not the most recommendable of locations.

− There is nothing to like it was not at all clean stairs were so narrow that u can't take your luggage upstairs. Sofa & carpet was so dirty on the main door spider webs were hanging even the carpet on the stairs was extremely dirty . Bed was very uncomfortable bed linen was not clean. There was no shampoo & shower gel in the toilet the tubes hanging there were empty. They had advertised about garden it was full of bushes tht even u can't enter there. More over when u will ask about passcode for the key they will ask u to pay 250 pound as deposit with several formalities, even a hotel in london does not ask this much deposit.

We did not expect much but were disappointed nevertheless

Location was good, there was a busstop right in front of the house and the town centre was walkable.

− Sadly, there were a few issues with the property. Firstly, the property appeared quite run down from the outside, the back yard was full of rubbish and dirty. The inside of the place was dirty, too, and we‘ve had cobwebs and hair in basically every room. The body wash in the shower was empty and had one towel per person, which was a bit inconvenient when you wanted to wash your hair etc. There was also quite an unpleasant smell in the apartment and fridge.

Ligging t.o.v. de plaats zelf. Goede ruimte.

− Bed en bank hebben hun beste tijd duidelijk gehad. Makkelijk parkeren in de buurt kost extra.
