BOOKING.COM needs to be sued LEGALLY
9.0− The booking from Booking.com was not honoured by the property. I did not get the booked rooms with Mountain view. Failure of Booking.com is really nasty. I was in lurch with my family and friends when Hotel confirmed that there is no booking.
