8.0Sea view and space are super.
− Facilities in the apartment are poorly maintained. Not enough water pressure to flush. Low water pressure for bathing. Water tap is lossen. Remote controls no power. One of the air conditioners in the living room is out of order. A 2 cm cracked on the wooden floor of master bedroom.
