9.0Está todo nuevo y prácticamente no falta de nada salvo en la cocina un colador pequeño y un mortero. Lo demás muy bien. Confortable, tranquilo. Garaje muy cómodo también
− Las telarañas en las ventanas. Hay muchos árboles y es comprensible pero hay que quitarlas mejor. Quizás que le falta terraza por poner alguna pega.

10.0Velmi pekny a prostorny byt. Plne vybaveny. Předání klíčů proběhlo po telefonu, majitel byl příjemný a ochotný. Dve koupelny byly skvělé. K dispozici kávové kapsle a bonbóny pro deti.
− Všechno bylo skvělé, jen místo samotné nenabízí nic zajímavého. V dojezdové vzdálenosti je však spousta krásných míst.
