10.0Superbe vue sur le lac, au calme, grande terrasse, parfait pour 5, proche d'une plage à 10 minutes à pied. Bon point de base pour visiter le lac, place de parking privée. On recommandera.

Fabulous view but not managed to maximise the property’s potential.
7.0Location, the view and it was spacious.
− The power needs upgrading to avoid tripping and power outages. Lighting poor in the living area. Parking is difficult. Second shower not suitable for adults. Lack of essential provisions, eg. teabags, laundry tablets and a functional toaster.

10.0Amazing views of Lake Como in a spacious, super well equipped, immaculately clean, two storey apartment. We never used downstairs but there’s games provided in the form of a dartboard etc and chill out area with sink, cooking area which would be great for larger parties. Well linked by bus routes, with some nice restaurants nearby. We had hired a car and found this super easy. Good directions to property & fantastic communication from owners throughout.
