Great accomodation. Would definitely stay there again.
8.0Location was perfect for us as it was just around the corner from the friends that we were visiting. The location was excellent in that it was on a main bus route into Leeds city centre, there was a Sainsbury's in the next block and also a good, reasonably priced restaurant and take aways within a few minutes walking distance.
− We did have a problem finding the house as there was no house number visible from the road. The road was quite busy when we arrived with double yellow lines, so it was not easy to stop and try to spot a house number. We drove around the block a few times.
Everything we needed for a weekend event we were attending in Leeds. We'd happily stay here again.
8.0The location was perfect for us and what we were doing, even has a Sainsbury's local and a great restaurant within a minute's walk. The place itself is clean and comfortable and has everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is great, and the lounge is nice and relaxing.
− There's nothing we could say we really didn't like. Being picky, I'd say the entrance to the driveway could be a little wider. We have a larger car and had to be really careful, but that is being very picky! We'd quite happily stay here again.

10.0This was a perfect location for our stay! So many restaurants and grocery stores on Street Lane. The parking was great and the location was very close to the golf club we were visiting. Also spent a wonderful morning at Roundhay park.
− The dryer. Not familiar with the combination. Washer/dryer, finally used the convenient drying racks! Perfect solution.

2.0The property looks nothing like the pictures and absolutely stinks ! Literally it smells very bad my workers have had to buy new pillowcases as those provided smell so terrible The whole place needs a refurb and there is black mould and dirt everywhere the shower is disgusting
− The whole place is filthy dirty and smells very bad to the point where my workers have send me videos and had to buy new pillowcases as the ones provided stunk as do the beds and the whole property in general
