Highly recommend when staying in Cape Coast!
9.0Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice (maybe adding a small side of fresh fruit would even be better). TV worked well, and there was consistent hot water for the shower.

− La réservation de notre première nuit n'a pas été respectée. Nous avons du trouver ailleurs. Confort rudimentaire pour les autres nuits.

8.0Courteous staff, location close to road and food vendors. Easy access to town
− When you take keys with you when there should be spare keys, no daily cleaning so all 3 days no room cleaning. Also, breakfast should start early before 8am.

6.0・スタッフの方がとても親切でした。私の拙い英語にも辛抱強く付き合ってくれました。フレンドリーで、ホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。 ・客室は1Fに位置していたため、大きなスーツケースがあっても困りませんでした。 ・ドライヤー、無料のペットボトルの水、冷蔵庫などはありませんでしたが、冷蔵庫はスタッフの方にお願いして、冷やしてくれました。 ・私の希望する時間に合わせて、朝食を用意してくれました。とても臨機応変に対応してくださいました。 ・Booking.comに記載の宿泊条件どおりでした。
− ・客室に入った時、ゴミ箱が山盛りになっていました。指摘したら、すぐに捨ててくれました。 ・窓の辺りは蜘蛛の巣だらけでした。 ・水圧が非常に弱くて、シャワーを浴びるのが大変でした。お湯も出ませんでした。そのため、髪を洗うだけでも30分くらい掛かりました。 ・これは不可抗力ですが、宿泊日当日の夜は嵐により周囲一帯が停電しました。そのため、エアコンなどは使用できませんでした。 ・バスタオルに黒い大きな虫がいました。日本では見掛けたことが無い虫でした。
