8.0Perfect location in the middle of town close to the railway station. A train trip to Ribblehead is a must-do! The apartment is very spacious for a couple, very comfortable and well-equipped. Great pubs nearby, we ate at the Golden Lion and Talbot Arms and recommend both.
− Standard double bed felt a bit narrow for comfort. A lot of road noise in the morning.

− The common areas were dirty (mainly the carpets on the stairs) also, the front door needs to be manually locked which is a bit weird and somethingIve never experienced before. A Yale lock would be more appropriate for a rental property and better for security

− The hairdryer has a US plug, which was weird and meant we couldn’t use it as we had no adapter. I don’t think we should have needed an adapter as we are in the UK! We were there for a wedding, so it was pretty inconvenient to be honest. There only being one set of keys was also inconvenient as the door to the property could only be locked from the outside, so if one of us left, the other had to be locked in!

5.0The location was excellent for us and the parking was very close and a reasonable cost. The kitchen had plenty of crockery etc.. questions answered promptly.
− The entrance stair carpet is very dirty. There were no safety night lights. The bathroom was not clean. Also very hot but no fans were provided or recommended before arrival. The soap was watered down too.

8.0The flat was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable and it was really convenient for everything.
− I would have liked a late check out option, I felt a couple of extra hours was not an unreasonable request. I'm sure you could negotiate that with the cleaner.
