Wonderful house in a great location.
10.0Fantastic location central to the Bailgate, Steep Hill and the shopping area in Lincoln. Well equipped and beautifully presented. Also has a parking bay which is a great extra! Very spacious. Loved the courtyard out the back too.
− It isn't a grumble, but there are stairs going down to the front door and a steep staircase inside. Would be difficult to carry your bags up and down if you were older or not physically fit.

10.0Location is fantastic. Easy to get to university and tourist attractions. Lovely welcome basket with essentials (tea/coffee/milk/wine) and great communication.
− Dryer could use an out of order sign :) everything else was lovely.
Great find in Lincoln
9.0Comfortable and well located 3 bed house with great facilities and parking. Only 10 minutes walk from the 3 key areas, the high town, shopping area and riverside canal. Great for self catering.
