Great location, perfect for short stay
8.0Very well furnished, modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Everything you need for a short stay and the location is excellent
− It is a loft apartment so no windows in main living area needing lights on all the time. Very warm in the apartment in this hot weather. There is a floor standing fan but suggest you take another one with you.
Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting. When visiting Kingsbridge look no further than Lower Coombe Royal
9.0Wonderful loft apartment amongst beautiful grounds just a short walk from the centre of Kingsbridge. Perfect for exploring the local area with Salcombe , Totnes etc on the doorstep. Dog friendly , our puppy had the best time meeting the onsite family dog. Hosts were great before and during our stay with all the information you need to make the most of your time here. Will definitely return.

A high class accommodation in a special woodland setting.
9.0Excellent standard, very clean, spacious and thoughtfully managed. Good communication helped with initially complex access. A pleasant 15 mins walk from town.
− There are effectively no windows in this loft which didn’t bother me but my wife found it a little claustrophobic despite large spaces.
