Lovely stay
9.0We had a wonderful stay at Sea View Luxury Apartments. Tyronne, the owner, was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbances, which allowed us to rest very well. We also really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a very pleasant time at the pool, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a lesson in how toxic hospitality can ruin an entire experience.
1.0Nothing positive to say about this experience, as our interaction with the property owner/manager was extremely unpleasant and stressful. We were slightly delayed for check-in, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he refused to accommodate us, saying he was “not there to welcome us.” The way he spoke to us was disrespectful, rude, and completely unacceptable for a host. From the very beginning, he was unnecessarily demanding, questioning our whereabouts and reasons for visiting in an uncomfortable manner. We have stayed in the same apartment building multiple times with different hosts and have never experienced anything like this. Other hosts have always been respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. He insisted that we transfer the full payment before check-in if we wanted the key left at reception, but naturally we were not comfortable transferring money before even seeing the property. When we decided not to stay there due to his hostile attitude, he threatened that he would “somehow get the money from us.” We eventually booked another apartment in the same building through a different host and requested a cancellation for this booking. What disappointed me the most was not just the lack of flexibility, but the aggressive tone, arrogance, and complete absence of basic hospitality. As customers, we should be able to check in at any time within the confirmed booking window without being treated this way. I would not recommend booking this property if you expect respectful communication and professional hosting. Unfortunately, this was one of the most toxic hosting experiences I’ve had. I did record every telephone conversation I had so I do have proof how indecent he was. I wish I could publicize these if it comes to that point. Never think of booking with this host..

Lovely apartment with spectacular view
8.0Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. The pool on top was amazing! Tyronne was always there and very helpful.
− Kitchen could have been a bit more cleaner.
