− Gate codes didn't seem to work which was a shame however hosts very helpful and electronic keys provided once property was accessed.

9.0Spacious with onsite secure parking. Small gated area good for dog. Proximity to lymington/isle of wight good and a lovely pub.
− Lane quite busy so walking from property was risky - we prefer not to use car but did drive everywhere.
Lovely cottage very conveniently located close to Lymington town and to New Forest countryside and walks
9.0It was super clean, warm and well appointed. There was space to park 3 cars (2 of them very small) outside the cottage. The cottage has 4 bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, 2 Singles and 2 doubles. All were comfortable though not very large. TVs in all rooms. The lounge/living room was spacious, and there was a useful desk area. The kitchen was very functional with a dining table for 6 people and everything you could need by way of cooking utensils. The property is very close to Lymington (1.5 miles to the centre of town) but feels rural. Really appreciated the traffic cones left out to help identify the property, especially for the guests arriving after dark.
