− Nadie responde ni asiste. La contraseña que nos dieron era incorrecta para la red de wifi que correspondía. No había pava eléctrica ni jarro para calentar agua. El ingreso a la propiedad solo estaba habilitado para hacerlo desde un celular, o sea todos dependíamos de un celular. Éramos 5. Sofá cama muy incómodo. La mampara no cierra bien y se moja todo el piso. Baño principal no se pudo usar un día porque habían hecho arreglos y quedó todo sucio de obra para que lo usemos el segundo día .

Very central location, close to all major attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious.

− I strongly recommend avoiding bookings with this company. Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and we had planned to arrive at 5:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 6:30 PM, the apartment still wasn't ready. We were only able to check in at around 7:00 PM. We were then sent a code for the electronic door lock, but it turned out that the code could only be used on one device. There were three of us, so we requested three separate codes, but nobody ever responded. The company was completely unresponsive to both WhatsApp messages and phone calls. Whatever problem you encounter, you simply cannot expect any assistance. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and has great potential. Unfortunately, it is managed extremely poorly, and many things inside are broken or in bad condition. You pay almost €400 to stay in an apartment that is clearly not being properly maintained. The cleaning was also very poor. The living room chandelier was covered in a huge amount of dust, and, to make matters worse, we found dirty dishes covered in mould inside the dishwasher. They had obviously been left there for a long time, yet the cleaning staff had failed to notice them. The lack of basic amenities was another disappointment. One of the bedrooms had two large wardrobes, but there were only six partially broken hangers in total. This is hardly what you would expect from an apartment charging almost €400. We stayed for three days, and throughout our entire stay, we repeatedly tried to contact the company without receiving any meaningful assistance. Yes, it was Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, which was a public holiday, but this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with accommodation booked through Booking.com. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this company.
