5.0− Superficial cleanliness, cobwebs in sitting room, many skirting boards were grubby, vape found under a bed, packet of cigarettes on kitchen window ledge, garden needs tidied, not great kerb appeal. Kitchen back door was open on arrival. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be a helpful addition.
