We had the best 2 night stay at Spanish City Apartment. The apartment was spotless very comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in and the lovely bedding and very thick towels were a delight. We had a sea views and best of all only 5 minutes to the town centre. But most of all Raymond kept in touch with you to make sure your stay was perfect. I can give our stay 110% and will definitely be back. I have had a look at other Apartments in other places and would definitely stay in any of them . You wont be dissapointed.

Sadly my wife badly sprained her ankle on the third day of what would have been a 10 day stay so we had to come home early. In the time we were there we really enjoyed the central location near to Spanish city and the parking space was also a bonus. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, walk in shower as well as a bath. it would also have been perfect for us to host 2 friends who were due to join us. Despite our mishap we hope to return in the future. We would also like to commend Raymond who could not have been more helpful during our stay and did offer us an alternative property fully on the ground floor, if we had wished to stay.

For us the location was great. We were meeting up with family and friends in the nearby area. There was a bus stop close by so we caught the bus into Newcastle City Centre for £2.50 each. I haven't been to Whitley Bay since I was a teenager so it was lovely to come back and see how nice it looks now. The apartment was a real home from home. Everything we needed and very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms on the back so nice and quiet.

− The floors were very creaky. It's an old building. We were concerned about the people below hearing us walking about but when we bumped into them they said they couldn't hear us so that was a relief.

The pictures on-line don't do the property any justice. It is bigger than it looks. Very spacious and comfortable for 4 people and the dog. The layout is beautiful. It had everything we needed for the stay. Property was clean, welcoming and fresh. The location is fantastic, next to Whitley Bay, 5min drive to Tynemouth Beach and market , a must go to visit! Coop is 5 mins away. There are many bars, cafes and chippys along the stretch. Raymond was fantastic, responded to my messages instantly. We will definitely be staying here again! Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a break.

I found myself needing to arrange accommodation at very short notice for the same day while travelling. Within 20 minutes of starting to search everything was arranged. The owner, Raymond, responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. An exceptionally high standard of communication was maintained throughout. The property is excellent and exceeded expectations. I will undoubtedly look to stay there again.
