Disappointing for the reasons above/below

Beds were clean and apartment seemed reasonably clean but that's what I would expect anyway.

− Couldn't gain access through the main downstairs door, had to wait for a resident to come through to open the door. Keycode given didn't work. No Internet so therefore no TV or entertainment. We couldn't get to the property on the first evening due to a cancelation on a job (Not your fault) but there was no offer of another day or part refund. The blinds in the bedroom were all over the floor. No shower in the main bathroom.

Good space. Easy parking.

− Mold in shower. Broken temperature adjustment in shower. No dishwasher even though it was advertised and we were told to leave dishes in it when we left the property.

Nothing, never was able to enter the property due to it being “trashed”.

− Where to start… we arrived at the property to find the key box where we were meant to pick up our key completely empty. We waited there for 20 minutes and the cleaners arrived who were meant to be cleaning the property before our arrival who were also shocked to find the key was not in the key box. These were third-party contract cleaners and they rang the host to ask what was going on who eventually provided a spare key which the cleaners went in and found at the previous tenant who had been staying there “around 6 to 7 months” had not yet left. The cleaners said the property had trashed - everything turned upside down, food everywhere and laptops of the previous tenant also there - they were still living there. They came outside and told us that there was no way that we were going to be able to stay in that property tonight and at the same time we also received a phone call from the host who blatantly lied to us saying that the previous tenant had just overslept and had not checked out of the property yet bur after a clean it would be ready in 24 hours… bearing in mind our stay was for TWO DAYS. The cleaners of the property also had a call from the host at the same time saying that we were completely happy with this which is a complete lie and luckily the cleaners told us exactly what had been said and the host was ultimately very shady. We had a terrible experience having to find accommodation elsewhere during a busy period and we are still having issues in terms of receiving any refund from the host. I do not recommend this place and I highly advise you to consider looking elsewhere for your booking.
