Nice place but need some improvements!

Spacious. Nice location in the center of the old town of Udine. Complete facility.

− The indoor balcony was dirty. Otherwise it is a very nice place. The water in the pot, also in the balcony is the breeding place for the mosquito. This is also why i didnt open the back door as many mosquito enter the apartment. Otherwise it was nice to have fresh air flowing from the interior of the building. Strange procedure (and slow) when entering the apartment for the first time. They gave only one set of keys, so if one person need to get out, this person has to ring the bell from outside. However it was not obvious which button should i press and how to ring the correct apartment. S o the owner shoufl either provide at least double set of keys or inform complete information of how to ring the bell to the house, such that the person inside can open the door.

Was fine but I have had better in Udine at same price range.

− The white living room furniture was dirty with stains. Only one shower towel was provided for a three week stay. There were no cloth towels or paper towels for the kitchen.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro a Udine. Abbiamo trovato il parcheggio a pagamento a circa 5 minuti a piedi in P.za Magrini. L'appartamento si trova al 2 piano, ma l'ascensore è disponibile solo a partire dal 1 piano quindi c'è da fare un paio di rampe di scale coi bagagli. Nulla di che, ma siatene consapevoli. L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, il terrazzino interno andrebbe risistemato un po'.

Only good thing is the location.

− A SCAM!! We chose this appartment because it provided free parking in the center and had a crib for a baby, none of this was true. The person supervising the apartment very rude and did not even try to solve any problems we encountered. The apartment has NO free parking as it is written in the description, not only that the closest parking is minimum 5min. walk. When we asked about the parking before the arrival we were told that we will get a parking permit and can park near the appartment on the street. Arrived the story changed that we park in payed parking and they will pay us back, the second day the owner stops answering calls no paying back nothing. Entered the appartment it was not clean, noted that to the supervisor no reaction. We asked for a crib for our baby before coming and it was confirmed, on arrival no crib provided in 5 days nothing solved.

Super Lage! Und sogar eine Terrasse. Generell sehr geräumig.
