Could be great, but is lacking the basics and TLC
7.0Great location, very close to the beach. Big house, although proportions of rooms to lounge area are too heavily focused on master bedroom. Nice big dining table for group.
− Property not very well maintained, lots of cobwebs inside, dust everywhere and just generally lacking a bit of love. Had to buy our own tea towels. Fridge intermittently stopped working and dishwasher is on the fritz. Property was on the market at time of stay so not sure if owners have just checked out a bit. It could be really nice but needs a bit of work.
Would not recommend if you care about cleanliness
1.0Good amount of space for a group of six, powerful showers and nice bath, and good location in terms of the beach.
− House was not cleaned at all. Kitchen drawers and cupboards, sofas, kitchen tables had crumbs. Dishes in cupboards were not clean, glasses all had residue. BBQ was filthy and needed a good clean before use, including the decking around it. Cobwebs in all the bedrooms and around the house, toilet brushes were filthy and windows all dirty and misty. Crumbs under sofa cushions, extra bedding in wardrobes looked like it had been used and not cleaned, unclean surfaces around the house. Broken kitchen drawers, door handles and bathroom fixtures too.
