Location was good

− Advertising misleading (3 bathrooms but conveniently didn’t say only one bathroom) Outdoor area not useable. No enough seating for 8 people and no lighting No lighting at front door No smoke alarms which is illegal. Lawns not mowed Fridge and freezer still had food from previous Visitors TV did not work properly (maybe an internet problem) One knife Kitchen cooking utensils poor Travelling with elderly parents who using a walker so bathroom facilities very inconvenient

The advertisement was misleading, and I would not recommend this property.

The location for the property was good. Quiet street, near to the local shops and easy access to the motorway. The property is newly renovated, but renovations are not complete.

− The property was advertised with 3 bathrooms which it had but it had only one toilet. This was not specified in the advertisement. One of the reasons we booked this property was because it had 3 bathrooms expecting 3 toilets in each bathroom. The ad did not specify it had only one toilet. W had 5 people staying there. With the one toilet, we were provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the 3 days were there. I texted to ask if there were ore ole paper stored in the property but received no response. Apart from the main bathroom none of the other bathrooms had doors. In the master bedroom, the ceiling over the shower seems like it may cave in at any time. None of the bathrooms had soap holders. The property only had one air conditioner which is in the lounge. No where in the advertisement did it say there was only one air-conditioner. The advertisement also said there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen, but this was nowhere to be found. The storeroom in the hallway which stored the ironing board was bulging with dirty bed linen. The garage was full of things with a golf cart, a garden leveler, bags and dirty towels so without the things being moved it was impossible to park the car. The garden had not been mowed either. Communication was poor as well. The advertisement and previous correspondence said we would receive instructions 24 hours prior to our check in. We did not receive any instructions until we rang the number provided and then received the info a few hours later. We also sent a text to ask where more toilet paper may be stored but received no response.
