A localização é excelente. Fica próximo do lago Thun, de uma zona ajardinada muito agradável e de um cais com um bar. Estação de autocarro, restaurantes e loja de conveniência muito próximas, acessíveis a pé em poucos minutos. A rapidez na resposta. Tivemos alguns imprevistos que foram rapidamente respondidos pela equipa da moradia Café e chá de brinde

− - A cozinha não está muito bem equipada. Não tem micro-ondas, poucas unidades de copos, pratos, tachos. - A identificação da casa. Na rua onde a casa tem morada, existe uma porta com uma box para as chaves, que tentámos por várias vezes abrir com o código que nos foi dado. Após contacto com os anfitriões percebemos que a entrada era pelas traseiras onde havia outra box para as chaves que abriu sem dificuldades. - A ausência de lugar de estacionamento

− Wir konnten nicht abschließen, das Türschloss blockierte, der Hausherr war telefonisch leider nicht erreichbar und bot auch per Chat keine Lösung an. Er stellte nur weitere Fragen. Die Wohnung hatte regen Ameisenverkehr

Schönes und bequemes Apartment!

Das Apartment hat sehr positiv überrascht durch die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung und das Aussehen. Es ist modern und gemütlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem (bis auf den Kissen, da es für mich zu groß war, aber da kann man nicht für jeden das passende anbieten). In der Küche gibt es auch alles was man braucht und die Spülmaschine erleichtert auch den Aufenthalt im Urlaub (hat nicht jedes Apartment für den Preis). Die Lage ist auch Top, da der See in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist, wo man sehr gemütlich spazieren kann.

− -Das Apartment zu finden war nicht einfach, da es keine Hausnummer oder Name des Apartments zu finden war. Habe nur durch die Terrassenmöbel, die ich auf dem Bild gesehen hatte, erkannt und einfach versuchen den Schlüsselbox mit dem mitgeteilten Code zu öffnen, was zum Glück geklappt hat. -Im Bad ist die Beleuchtung ziemlich schwach. -In der Dusche fehlt die Grundreinigung (Ecken der Duschwanne und Duschkopf). Der Rest sah aber sauber aus.

Oberhofen is fantastically located, especially for a hiking holiday – it is a quiet, charming village with excellent boat and bus connections to Thun and Interlaken. There are several very nice restaurants and bars, some right on the lake with magnificent views. There is also a small shop, a bakery and a chemist, and the larger supermarkets (Denner, Coop and Migros) are all in one place, just 5 minutes away by bus. The accommodation is located in a quiet street, 1 minute's walk from the local shop (which seems to be open every day) and the bakery, and 3 minutes from the nearest restaurant and bus stop. Having a washing machine and dryer is always extremely useful to us, so we can travel light :-)

− The apartment was neither particularly comfortable nor practical for us otherwise, and we were somewhat disappointed, especially considering the price and compared to other accommodations in Switzerland we had rented through this platform in the same category. The layout is a bit strange to start with – the bedroom is on the ground floor/basement next to the utility room and the bathroom is on the first floor next to the entrance, so you have to climb the stairs at night to get to the toilet. The bed was too small for both of us (my husband is 6ft4), the mattress was very hard and the pillows were unusually thick. I woke up every morning with neck and back pain. The bathroom is quite old-fashioned and reminiscent of a hospital en suite; the appliances also looked quite old. There is no microwave, so unfortunately we couldn't reheat any leftovers. The couch in the living room is very comfortable, but not wide enough for two people to stretch out on after a long day of hiking. There is a table football table, but we would have preferred a nice armchair in that spot :-)

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in wirklich guter Lage. Man hat alles in der Wohnung was man braucht, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (See, Schloss, Restaurants etc.). Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.
